Anybody who hated the feud should be glad Schaefer is leaving. He was the reason the feud started and as long as he was with Golden Boy it was not going to end. He absolutely hated Arum and refused to do business with him and cussed him out in the media at every opportunity. With Schaefer gone there is a good chance Arum and Oscar will co promote fights like Bradley-Thurman, Pacquiao-Porter, Matthysse-Ruslan, Bradley-Khan and many other fights that were impossible to make with Schaefer working at Golden Boy. I am happy to see Schaefer leaving. Oscar started the company and he owns it so he should be the one to decide which way the company will go.
