    Whitaker was a bad style matchup for everybody. lol. But it would have been the same fight and Oscar wouldn't look good in it. Some would have said Whitaker won, some would have said Oscar won.

    I don't think the fight hurt either guys career though. Whitaker's reign at the top was coming to an end regardless. He arguably lost the first Wilfredo Rivera fight and was on his way to losing to Hurtado. Even if he got the nod in this fight he wouldn't have stayed at the top for long.

      No, it's a myth... Close fight and could have gone either way.. But it wasn't a robbery..

      Oscar-Whittaker, like Castillo-Floyd, are close fights, Tim-manny was a robbery... Big difference
