I'm not a big believer on this genetic shiet, genetics make your body look good but overtraining is overtraining and that supports degradation assuming you're doing it naturally ofcourse.Last edited by M Bison; 09-03-2016, 12:26 PM.Comment

I am with you. The muscles need rest to grow and you don't get much when you are training for 12 rounds, let alone adding bodybuilding to the regimen. Boxers train mostly for cardio, their power come from the conditioning of the existing muscle and the ability to sustain the intensity for those 12 rounds. Every time you add muscle (especially big amounts) you have to deal with a tradeoff which usually comes at a high price in cardio resistance. Then again, there might be some legal stuff out there we don't know about.Comment

No, AJ is definitely on roids.
So are the vast majority of professional athletes, and to some extent, even college athletes (hell, even in high school especially here in Texas).
It's just how it is.Comment

Genetic variance is a factor in anything, but there are limits to how much your genetic predisposition can take you. Joshua's way over the limit.Comment

Look at the situation with Povetkin. That might be the future of the sport, unfortunately.Comment
