Comments Thread For: Sauerland: Bika Definitely on The Radar For Groves

GEORGE GROVES insists he can still become a world champion despite his dream night ending in nightmare fashion.

The 26-year-old Londoner was sparked out by rival Carl Froch in the eighth round of their IBF and WBA super-middleweight clash at Wembley Stadium.

It is his second defeat on the trot after losing controversially to the Nottingham man in November.

But he has vowed to bounce back and is keen to land another title shot as soon as possible.

This a a good fight for Groves.

        A must win.

He will need at least one tune up fight first.

Nah, Groves will probably do fine. This would be a great fight.

Groves will probably fight Arthur Abraham who is signed with the same promoter. They could be trying to get Groves to beat Bika to face Abraham in a unification match.

It wouldnt be wise to put Groves in with a worldclass opponent straight away. The Froch fights has taken an immense mental toll. I believe Groves needs a long vacation foloowed by a tune-up or two before looking for bigger things.
