Golovkin is still the best middleweight out there, but once you venture into the super middleweight, it's a different story. Guys there are big, strong and fast. Golovkin would get punished by Froch in there most likely and his best chance is landing a solid shot in a wild exchange that Froch sometimes gets into. Froch is the much bigger man and he'll look two weight classes bigger than Golovkin come fight night.

Golovkin isn't fit to carry Froch's jock strap.

The jab would easily be countered you're talking about a world class amateur who is great at countering.
GGG is a world class fighter with much more technical ability and arguably more power than Froch even Froch admits that Gennady is a big puncher.
Golovkin would either take it to a decision or probably be the first man to knock him out and I reckon the knock out would definitely happen with that defense...
Its not about taking shots to the chin its about taking as little punishment as possible.

Froch can take a shot, but if Golovkin's power carries up he'll find it tough to take flush Golovkin punches.

I don't see GGG doing the same mistakes that Groves did with getting himself close up against the ropes and that ring was just a joke it was far too small!!
Ill give you this if its a toe to toe slug out and GGG suddenly forgets his technique then Carl might just win but I see enough defensive ability in Gennady to not take silly shots Froch has a good jab but he doesn't fight well when pushed on the backfoot.
