I dont know about that stoppage, I think it couldve went on. Vargas did look drained.

I think it could have been stopped after the knockdown. I totally agree that the flurry at the end was pretty ****ing weak, but Vargas has nothing left and could have been seriously hurt.

Yeah that flurry was pretty soft. Thing is....DLH is a solid puncher and makes good contact when he lands. He's never been known to be a big puncher, and relies on his combos.

By then, he was tired as well as vargas, but the cumulative effect of those punches on Vargas' face was too much.

Vargas was done, and all Oscar needed to do was throw until the ref waived it off. Mission accomplished.

Everytime I look at this video, I think what a weak flurry by DLH. I think Vargas was more drained than hurt.

The flurry that ended the fight was too much, because of the left hook that floored Vargas.
