Anyone else think that Donaire fight looked fishy?

I thought Donaire won the 4th but the first 3 I thought he lost. I wasn't alone in thinking he was definitely losing some rounds. The thing is, I was never interested in the fight in the first pace, so I don't even care for a rematch. It just seemed like they wanted to hand Donaire a titleComment

Fishy?
I don't think you'll ever see something as corrupt as that. This is not aimed at Donaire, but his camp and of course Top Rank.
The referee - well, he was refereeing for a reason, because he's one of the dodgiest referees out there (I've seen him many times before and he always bends over for the house fighter/promoter).
This fight reminded me of farces seen previously in Germany (eg the Markus Beyer vs Danny Green fight, and a few others).
And to be honest, an 'immediate rematch' is not enough, the WBA itself should change it to a no contest and order a rematch.
Once again - this is not against Donaire personally.Comment

To an idiot like you, like fights will always seem fishy and look strange. Losing almost every round? It really looks fishy and strange! It seemed to me that he was losing almost every round, got cut by a punch that they ruled a headbutt. The KD looked like it was more the result of feet tangling than anything. And when Donaire went down it looked to me like he got hit with a solid combo. I don't know the whole fight looked strange to me personally.Comment

Donaire whooped on him in the 3rd and 4th. The first was an either way kind of round. And that KD was very legit. The right hand had Vetyeka hurt and the left finished the job.
It was definitely corrupt as hell to stop the fight when they did. They waited for the 4th to be over so it would go to the scorecards, where Donaire would likely win after the KD. Either stop it earlier or don't stop it at all. And Pabon gave him a timeout to let the doctor wipe away blood, when the **** does that happen?Comment
