Tropicana Hotel & Casino, Las Vegas - In the evening's opening fight, Donte Strayhorn (5-2) was upset by journeyman Joaquin Chavez (7-12) in their junior welterweight bout. Chavez made the fight rough on the inside to counteract Strayhorn's speed advantage throughout the fight. The judges favored Chavez aggressiveness and activity level.

The final tallies were 58-56 twice and 57-57 to give Chavez the majority decision victory. Strayhorn is promoted by 50 Cent's SMS Promotions.

Well ive met mora a few times, ive seen him fight and seen him spar...i think you are judging him off his fights with mosely, forrest 2, and vera...soliman is not all that good, ive met him a few times too, he is definately the weakest champ at 160..i think mora can outbox him and. Become a 2 division. Champ... but i will tell you one thing as much as your bashing it, you will defintely watch it.. as awful as it would be!

I like Mora, and I've previously made the case that he gets more slack than he deserves, but Soliman vs Mora is a terrible styles clash.
