He has a good resume full of champs and high level fighters, a straight run of only title fights v either the top available contenders or other champs, and he's won almost all of them. Pretty much a shoo-in for the P4P list IMO...definitely ahead of guys like Garcia.

If you had him in your Top 10 P4P before this fight, that's fine. But if you hadn't, then you shouldn't have him now because I don't see how a win over Groves gets him ranked in the Top 10. This win doesn't change anything, Froch has faced better and more proven fighters. It's a decent win, that's it.

When Ward beat Edwin Rodriguez nobody claimed it was a good win. It was regarded as a tune-up fight. I think Groves is the better fighter of the two, but Rodriguez has the better resume.

If Ward had struggled against Rodriguez and had beaten him in a rematch, I don't think he would have been praised. No double standards. Froch should have taken care of Groves more decisively in the first fight.

except they have wlad too low is the only criticism.
PFP ratings are just personal opinion and can't really be proven. No two people will ever have exactly the same list. Their list seems ok to me but I don't think Garcia or Froch belong on the list and Rigo and Wlad should be higher. I have GGG way up on the list and can't agree with a list that doesn't have him in the top 10. I am confident he would KO Martinez and Froch and I think he could spot Ward the weight and beat him too. That's just my opinion and if those fights ever happen I'll back my opinion with a cash bet. To me Carl's win over Kessler did much more for his pfp standing that his two ko wins over promising rookie Groves did. Kessler was ranked higher than Groves by most rankings.

I think Donaire belongs on a top 10 pfp list ahead of Froch or Garcia.
