This is for a regional WBO belt but he's not ready for Kono or any world level guys Tso has ability but needs more training he only has 10 fights.

Rex tso is like a really crappy khan. Not trying to rag khan, but that's what he most reminds me of, except he's a lot slower going in and out, throwing combinations and way more open when he throws. Anybody see that too?
