George Groves has lashed out and called IBF/WBA "regular" champion Carl Froch 'a liar' at the weigh-in for Saturday's super-middleweight rematch at Wembley. The Londoner was well received by a raucous crowd at a packed Wembley Arena before 36-year-old Froch entered to a more mixed reception - and despite grinning in silence throughout the final stare-off, Groves renewed the verbal hostilities during his subsequent interview.

Froch is going to beat Groves down. Kid was doing a number on Froch connecting with almost everything and still almost got KO'd if the ref didn't stop it. Froch wins.

Only one problem, George - Froch beat you last time. So much delusion about the guy. Froch is much fitter than him and has tonnes more heart than him, that's what got him through the fight. Laughable saying the titles should be his when he was the one out on his feet, turning his back and stumbling into the referee.

He can't go 12 rounds with Carl Froch so he's going to have to knock him out early if he wants to win. Watch out for those body shots George...

Groves before the fight: "I'd Beat The Best Froch Every Day of The Week"

Groves after the fight: Groves: "I'd Beat The Best Froch Every Day of The Week... but this was the Extra Special Snazzy And Really Great Froch I just faced".

          HA!
