There is much more than weight when it comes to punching power. Mechanics are fundamental and extremely important, Cotto's mechanics were flawed and seems that Freddy has been working with Miguel in making the nesesary corrections.

Of course it comes down to more than size, but the difference in size is just too much. Cotto hits harder p4p, no doubt.

Cotto could hurt Sergio because Sergio doesn't have the greatest chin in the world. Age and injuries will not have helped in that regard, either.
