Ir was Pacquiao's best weight, and while Floyd was more a monster at 130 he was still reminiscent of that monster at 140. He wasn't the pot shotter he is now.

Obviously both guys are ATGs and would have dominated 140 with ease, because the one thing that troubles them at welterweight, size, wouldn't be an issue.
