First off, Immediate rematches are not always guranteed. So you can't blame J.M.M. solely for not fighting pac, promoters were involed. And lets stick to facts, Pac was at featherweight. J.M.M. is recognized as THE Featherweight champion of the world.

Pac did not want those belts, he would rather seek a big name like M.A.B. or Morales to make more money. You're telling me Pac would be willing to take a rematch at Featherweight before fight Morales a tenth time?
