a widely held belief is Richard is just as harmful as bop arum for the sport, but I was under the impression that he's puts on those good undercards. Contrast it with top rank undercards, which are ripoff central

My guess would be the matchmakers, ODH, scheaffer and al haymon all work together to make the whole card more palatable for boxing fans. Then they collectively push the idea to showtime. On the PPV's they probably seek some input from Floyd but not much.
