    The return of WBO welterweight champion Manny Pacquiao (56-5-2, 38KOs) has been moved from November 8th to November 22nd, according to Top Rank's CEO Bob Arum. The fight will still take place at The Venetian in Macau, China. Top Rank was forced to move the date because of a conflict with a Celine Dion concert at the casino. Pacquiao was last seen in action last month, when he got revenge with a twelve round decision win in his rematch with Timothy Bradley.

                          How does Arum still make more money in Macau despite doing 30-40% lower PPV numbers? It's not like Nevada has a punitive tax rate.

                              He doesn't make more money. He just wants people to believe that. He's being muscled out of Vegas by Golden Boy, so he figures he'll go other places that Golden Boy doesn't to try to tap into the market there. Its more of a long term investment so its not a totally bad move, but right now he's not making more

                                  maybe Celine got a contract already signed before arum did. Can you say lawsuit?

                                      not only is he a congressman working for the people. He donates a lot of time and money.
