Promoter Don King is now facing a $2.4 million dollar lawsuit over his alleged failure to deliver Guillermo Jones for last month's rematch with WBA cruiserweight champion Denis Lebedev in Moscow, Russia.

Andrei Ryabinsky, CEO of World of Boxing LLC, had his lawyers file a lawsuit in Manhattan Federal court on Wednesday. According to the New York Post, Ryabinsky is looking to recover the funds that he laid out for the event, which includes a fee of $800,000 dollars that he deposited in King's bank account to deliver Jones.
