They might get another new York doctor to step in and stop it if Martinez gets cut like in Margarito Cotto 2. Margarito hit Cotto about 5 times, with no plaster might I add, had Cottos face looking like a dalmation puppys. Don't get me wrong Cotto is a great PR fighter with heart but that Margarito 2 was a gift, it was going the exact same route as the 1st fight, Cotto was shook before that NY doctor stopped it.
