Please help me understand this boxing conflict

I don't get it,















PBF says, that due to his "pay model", he would be losing $$$ if he were to fight PAC if he is signed with TR. However, PBF has never fought anyone under the Mayweather Promotions, every single one of his last 5 or so opponents have been GBP. Either way, he's had to share a small piece of the pie. Obviously, he'd have to share a larger chunk of that pie, fighting PAC. But, his demand is just ridiculous. Who the hell is gonna break ties if they're happy where they are at.
