Comments Thread For: IBF: Carlos Molina Must Face Bundrage, Not Charlo

Shawana Bundrage, wife and manager of former Cornelius ***8216;K-9***8217; Bundrage, has informed BoxingScene.com that the International Boxing Federation has denied an exception request, from promoter Leon Margules and adviser Al Haymon, which seeks permission to have IBF junior middleweight champion Carlos Molina make a voluntary defense against Jermall Charlo.

I already wasn't too interested except to see if Charlo would win. You would have to pay me to watch Molina fight Bundrage.

Neither Charlo twin deserves anything. They aren't exciting to watch and don't deserve anything till they can start drawing a crowd.

          edit,
Boxing does not need more fighters holding belts hostage with boredom and clinching.

What is up with the IBF recycling the same guys for mandatory defenses/eliminators? What's next, Molina vs Sechew Powell? Or is Deandre Latimore going to make an ATG comeback against Ishe Smith for a shot at the title?

Let's see a newer face in Charlo get a shot for a change.

i wonder who does more holding in a fight, wlad or Molina? i swear Molina is just terrible to watch, these fighters think those are skills,i like watching a guy with skills like marquez(the marquez of old),past fighters like finito lopez or now someone like Francisco Estrada who box good but don't hold all night long,,damn like hugo Cazares once said he's not my girlfriend to be hugging me like that, but i blame it all on the ref,if they would start taking points it would help a lot
