all fighters who have achieved top level competitions should have an interview like that before they retire...it's good for the fans.

Awesome job... I love reading these.. So interesting to hear the fighters perspectives

As others pointed out, toney and morales must really dislike Roy and Marco.. Benn has gotten past his beef with Eubanks, but toney and Eric just can't let go.

I think someone answered for manny.. His answers seem alittle curious and not authentic.. Oscar with the best jab and footwork.. When oscar didn't even land in the fight and was a zombie in there

That's great stuff. It seemed like Mosley went out of his way to give Pacquiao no credit. Earlier he had said Pacquiao was tied with Forrest for the hardest puncher. Surely Pacquiao has faster hands than Oscar ever had. It's very interesting to hear what the fighters say. Toney seems to hate Jones and doesn't want to give him any credit at all. I noticed Hatton now says Pacquiao was the best all around fighter he ever fought after years of saying Mayweather was by far the best he ever fought. As someone who likes Pacquiao better than Mayweather that made me happy.

Great great thread. I love how James Toney gave no respect to Roy Jones. Not that I dislike Roy. I love Roy. That was just hilarious. Toney is a riot.

I like how the cleverness of the Katsidis answers contrast with his all out brawler style in the ring.

Shane has always been all over the place but tends to be pretty honest. I think he tends to not consider Floyd and Pac as much due to his age. Shane's always said Forrest. Forrest had him in trouble in his prime..Pac and him had a glorified sparring session where he was hit at a rough angle. Shane has also reluctantly mentioned that Floyd has a lot more power and snap than given credit for, that he and Canelo hits as hard so maybe power is subjective to him... Dude has an ATG chin no one really has hurt him since Forrest

Oscar used to be fast back in his day and had great timing which made him seem faster than he was as well. Shane was one of if not the fastest fighter at 147 we've seen in his and the current era.

Oscar didn't say Trinidad though as biggest puncher was is surprising but maybe it's him being salty.

Oscar STAYS salty. My feeling is he purposefully left Floyd, Mosely, and Trinidad off his list because he feels he won against Floyd or feels some type of way.. same with trinidad.. and Mosely he probably tells himself that guy was juicing, so it don't count.

Good stuff. I really enjoyed Erik Morales's,Oscars's,and Steve Collins's interview.

Funny how Erik stills hates MAB and James Toney still will not give Roy props.

The only thing I regret is that they didn't use\have HD for those older fights.

Toney, Mccallum, Jackson .... In HD, I could watch their fights all day.
