Anybody can get KOed with a good shot. Perfect example of a recent fight is Postol vs Aydin. Postol isnt a hard puncher but look what he did.

Like I said, Garcia is a good puncher not on the level of those other guys I listed. I guess it depends what TS means by "hard".
