Comments Thread For: DeGale: If I Win, I'm Mandatory To Froch-Groves Winner

London's 2008 Olympic Gold Medalist James "Chunky" DeGale meets Oregon's "Flawless" Brandon Gonzales, 18-0-1 (10), at Wembley Stadium on Saturday night knowing that a perfect performance on the undercard of Carl Froch's WBA and IBF Super middleweight title rematch with George Groves could lead to a world title shot.

DeGale, 18-1 (12), is taking part in a final eliminator for the IBF belt, he knows that he is one win away from a major domestic showdown for the world title that he has always believed he was destined to achieve.

wheres the unfinished business in being beaten twice by the better man?
still bitter about both losses to the saint and still, no respect after being earned and well deserved.
if this mouthy **** had kept his pie hole shut after returning from the olympics instead of making rediculous "million pound" demands for a promoter to sign him and promise to entertain etc he would be liked here in england but, we dont.
simple as that, i see the saint going for a row with andre ward instead, why go over old ground? but ofcourse, it would be the usual garbage from this de "gay"le bum.
the bum should climb the tree a bit higher first (no racial intent with that comment) and then see...another runner before he can walk.....who else are we ashamed to say is british thats also a greedy little ***** ****ox??

The new IBF champ is entitled to one defence I believe so if Groves wins, DeGale may have to wait.

Of course, he still has to beat Gonazles.
