Unfortunately, your arguments are not convicing, since your own clip refutes them.
It is quite clear from your clip that Wlad went down legitimately only once.
You are speaking like you haven't seen the fight.
In every case, Wlad has no legs because he's hurt. He was spazzing, turning his head away from punches, and tried to place both arms around Peter's waist.

You are a nut hugger who's saddened by the clip.
Watch the fight again, and get over it.
This is really quite a silly argument. Ok, suppose Wlad had weak legs. How does this fact make the rabbit punching by Peter legal?
Your logic is just absent. Sorry, but I think you are not very bright today.

You're not listening, becuase you are hurt and wounded by the subject.
A rabbit punch does not dispell a knock down if the fighter on the recieving end is to blame because he turned his head away from a coming punch causing it to hit the back of his head.
Wlad was hurt and had no legs, and was desperate to get out of the way of punches. This caused him to turn his head away, and put himself off balance by trying to grab Peter around the waste.
He was completely at fault for going down, and the ref, who was right there, made the correct call.
Your refusal to accept this (due to hurt feelings) changes nothing.
You are ignoring the simple facts because the subject upsets you.

Those punches resulted from Peter pushing Wlad around or pushing him down, which was illegal, which in turn opened up a way for Peter to land the rabbit punches.

Wlad was all over the ring the way he was because he had no legs, was hurt, and was desperate to get out of the way. He brought it all on himself, and that's why the knock downs counted like they should have.
You have no argument, and are clinging to a failed position because of wounded feelings.
