Pretty much how I see it. Was Aydin ever really good? He beat a dude that would only throw one punch the whole damn fight. If Garcia hurts him he will finish him. It is funny seeing these boxers beating scrubs and their team thinking they can beat the best of the best after. SMH

Well, he kind of lost his last fight lol. Postol has a bit of what troubles Danny in terms of activity and movement. Out of every name you gave only 3 are possible and thats only if he was in a different weight class. Rios and Prov not possible (for now...hope the cold war ends soon).

Thurman and Porter might be too much to ask as a first fight at 147 and no one wants to see Alexander... He could fight Kahn again with the winner likely facing Floyd. I dont see them risking a potential Floyd fight on Thurman or Porter but it'd be awesome if they did.

Honestly though it was probably just a terrible matchup but I now worry about him beating any of the good fighters at 147... They all can move and with the exception of Kahn have shown good chins... Not to mention they can all punch. They can do what Herrera did but much better.

Maidana would be a good fight though if Floyd doesnt rematch him and throws them on the undercard with the winner facing Floyd.

Postol is very good. Danny and Lucas will have to jump on him right away before he warms up. His hight, combination punching, and activity will be a big problem, people on here wanting Danny to fight the Thurmans, Porters, shyt he is not ready for that yet. When you move up in weight your mistakes are magnified, and detrimental. Danny makes too many and so does Lucas - this is why Danny's father does not want him to move up just yet, let him better his craft because those 7 pounds are tough look at Broner, his mistakes where apparent against Pauly and magnified against Maidana. Basically you stay in your weight and perfect your skill set then when you out grow your weight class you will be ready for the move up

Is anyone going to call out Ruslan @ 140? This cat is the champ and he's still banished to Siberia. No one seems to want to fight him.

Postol did well vs Aydin... although I'm not sure how that translates to others in his weight class. Would be kinda interesting though, seeing him go 'postal' on Swift. I'd give him a good chance at a W.

Aydin's attack was very one dimensional vs Postol who was rocked bad in the first round, then all of a sudden, in the opinion of many "knowledgeable" boxing fans, he beats the undisputed lineal King of 140, the Prince of boxing, the most underrated champion of boxing Danny Swift Garcia???

After this fight, depending how it goes, he could get more backing and become a high risk-high reward
