I think baldomir isnt a d level fighter i think he just hasnt gotten his big chance yet. He will with gatti just as mayweather did. Probably not PPV but a good fight never the less. Gattis a bit overrated still even after floyd showed everyone hes nothing.

For entertaining me fight after fight I think this is a fitting reward for Arturo Gatti. Is he one of the greatest fighters of his era? Probably not...But he's been in some of the greatest fights of his time. How many of them were for a title? How many title holders have promised Fight's of the Year and instead gave us $49.95 worth of nothing?

If he wins he should probably retire or maybe take one or two more paydays. He's got too much heart though, which is admirable, but also self-destructive in the twilight years of athletes.

I think Gatti can and will win this. He will then retire knowing that he was a 3 weight title holder, and was the true world champion in one weight, which is one hell of an achievement these days as most fighters tend to go for the easy fights for belts as opposed to tough fights for real world titles. Floyd, why the hell arent you fighting these guys? You did it against Castillo, whats happened to dissuade you since then. For shame lol
