Comments Thread For: Adonis Stevenson: Bernard Hopkins, He Can Be Next!

Adonis Stevenson retained his World Boxing Council light heavyweight title by unanimous decision on Saturday night in a tougher-than-expected brawl with Poland's Andrzej Fonfara at Bell Centre. Stevenson (24-1), who defended the title for a third time, picked himself off the canvas in the ninth round and needed to clinch to get through the round before battling back the next round to preserve the victory.

Asked about Hopkins: "Do my fans want Hopkins?!"

Asked about Kovalev: "Al Haymon will negotiate."

How about you man up and fight the guy who called you a piece of shit?

Watching Kovalev murk this fool would be quite entertaining.

Looks like he'll fight Kovalev after Hopkins takes him to school and he has no belt

Bhop ALREADY Had Stephenson Figured Out Before Tonight!!!

Hopkins is too masterful in the ring and no way he gets hit with those Stephenson bombs. Bhop makes Stephenson look very amateur-ish should the fight happen.

I've been telling posters on here for months that hopkins can beat this guy on his best night...and if he fought b-hop like he fought fonfara you can call it a wrap in the legendary career of b- hop as one of the best fighters ever... hopkins exposes stevenson the same way he exposed pascal! You guys better believe it!!!!!!!!!
