    "The career extender"

This should be Al Haymon's nickname. Clever matchmaking. Big paydays selling the public ****. Masquerading mismatches as competitive fights. Every now and then there's a competitive fight like tonight. Only because a fighter has been touted as "superman" and sold as such. Fcuk al haymon. Keep running from real competition. Diehards know your stable is pu$$y. Kovalev can smile rather comfortably I think...

"Sign with al haymon!!! He'll extend your career and get that payday as if you were fighting opponents you were supposed to."

Fcuk him. He's ruining this sport and most of you dopes don't see it. Smh

I'd be willing to bet that a healthy majority of people on these boards have a negative opinion of Al Haymon.

Uh oh, you basically just insulted their fathers. For some reason the Haymon worshipers defend the guy like they're related to him or something.

When lucrative deal getting trumps the best fights from being made then yes, how dare he. More $ would be generated with more competitive fights.

This is where a promotional banner like the UFC has gotten it right. Making the best fighters fight each other. No one fighter or group of fighters is bigger than the brand. Much like the NFL. It's the brand that sells. Boxing has no brand; no unifying governing authority.

Yeah, how dare he get Marcos Maidana such a lucrative deal in a supposed "career pay day" type of fight while he gets Broner nearly the same amount for fighting Carlos Molina.
