In the past, Lummox Lewis (who cluelessy called himself the "real" heavyweight champion). He got his ass kicked by Vitali Klitschko for six rounds before being rescued by the WBC ringside doctor (who no doubt made some big-time cash for stopping the fight when he did) and still had the ego to raise his hands like he actually did well.

Vitali pounded his overrated ass into retirement.
Rescued by the ringside doctor!!?? Klitschko practically had a ***** on his eyebrow, did you see the size of that cut!!!!! There is no way they could have let that fight continue.

I think that the most arrogant I've ever seen is Audly Harrison. He talked about transcending the sport of boxing and **** like that.

boxers should be arrogant to the public but some are arrogant inside out.

For example Mayweather jr trash talks but he trains 100% effort for each of his opponent if it was Baldomire, Zab or anyone and even Brussels fight where he talk to Lamply during the fight he actully was training hard for it.

but some fighter a talented but they trash talk too much for example is James Toney and Zab Judah.

Tarver is not ****y but he really want some reckonation for what he is done. nobody actully KOed Roy Jones before him and even Glen did it in the 8th round and he got it from Tarver the Roy Jones weakness

Floyd says he's better than Ali and Robinson. That by itself is enough to rank him #1.

I think the 3 arrogant asses in boxing are Toney, RJJ, and Mayorga.

Zab also thinks too highly of himself.

There are also others such as Fernando Vargas and Paulie Malignaggi who display a thug-like badass persona and may speak too highly of themselves at times, but they have shown respect to other fighters, especially recently. Not that they had a choice, cuz Shane and Cotto DESTROYED them, but at least they weren't ****ty losers.

what would you wanna them to say before they come to fight.

Vargas: " Yes i am gonna get schooled and KOed brutally i not as good as shaen is."

Paulie: " I knew i am going to lose but i just came into the fight to get some beating."

This is boxing if you dont come in with the right mentality you it better to hang your gloves. Even if people say your going to lose you have to fight as if your going to school the guy or KO him other than that they are paid to do so.

I dont wanna see a PPV if both said like that. nobody ever will

I would have to say Floyd Mayweather Jr. He told Sugar Ray Leonard that if they had fought when Sugar was at his prime, Floyd would have whooped him. Floyd better than Sugar Ray Leonard?????Better than Sugar Ray Robinson? Give me a ****ing break...and the ****iest part was he said to Sugars face..bold...but full of ****....!

Why does it have to be one of these two extremes? People like Oscar for example don't go into a fight like that. It's OK to have confidence, but to insult the other fighter and make outlandish claims is not the only way for boxers to go into fights.
