Maybe the past but still doesn't change the fact he probably ruined the lives of innocent young girls via fear and drugs.

Boxing is full of scum and the fans are the only people we can really blame.
I remember when the Ike and Valero and other crimes happened... Almost no concern for the victims, just stuff like "damn now we don't get to see them fight so-and-so"...
There's a simple thing you can do. Don't give them money/ratings when pimps/pedos/rapists/etc are fighting. Hook up a stream.Last edited by Fr3$h; 05-24-2014, 08:03 PM.Comment

He's a disgusting individual. This wasn't some wild phase or some juvenile high-jinks, what he did was horrific. It would have been no injustice if he had been shot like a dog in the street.
I don't see an ounce of remorse in him either. To do some things in life, people just have to be in the wrong place at a certain time in their life. To do others, they have to be rotten to the core. Stevenson is the latter.Comment

Do you nimrods just run with it because it fits your agenda? He wasn't a pimp.. he was a bodyguard/enforcer, yes they're both bad but not the same thing.
Again try and have some perspective, he just turned 18, she was like 15/16.
Not everyone had the luxury of being a mommas boy and playing with dolls as child you know. I bet you're an Elliot Rodger's clone.Comment

Firstly:
Guys on this forum should be just a little less judgmental of boxer's and sports figures in general.
On!!!!
In all honesty, we're not talking about Monarchs and their children
(People who have had a gold\silver spoon for life) We're talking about guys who came up the hard way. And though that doesn't excuse some of the things these guys did during that low period in their lives -- By the same token it doesn't condemn them for life either.
I wonder in reality, how many here who bring up these nasty things about other people's past, are really in a position to do so. The whole throwing stones in glass houses and shit.
Off!!!!
IMHO: Give that personal shit a rest, and discuss boxing, or as a consideration, you may be on the wrong forum .... TMZ might have a forum that suits your online persona better.Comment

Bending the truth a bit here... I do see your point (it's not like he was 40 and hanging out at schools), but she was just 13.Do you nimrods just run with it because it fits your agenda? He wasn't a pimp.. he was a bodyguard/enforcer, yes they're both bad but not the same thing.

His crime is a tough one to "forgive" and get past. People don't understand what is involved in pimping.
Prolonged ****, sexual and physical abuse against children? He didn't make a "mistake"Comment

Here's a very interesting part of the story I talked about earlier:
"April 2nd, 2000, prison of Rivière-des-Prairies. Adonis is placed in protective custody with one of his fellow suspects. The convicts are confined in their cells 23 hours a day.
At 5 pm, visiting hours. The convicts of the section wait for the doors to open to go to visiting rooms. There is a latecomer: Adonis. A convict, Guy Langlois, gets impatient and shouts: "hurry up!" in a threatening tone.
Adonis answers him: " Are you talking to me? " Langlois says " Yes " in the same tone. Things stop there.
At 7:30 am, a skirmish bursts between about ten convicts. Shouts resound. You can feel the tension. When the guards arrive, Langlois is lying flat on his back in front of a cell. Adonis takes a run-up and kicks Langlois in the head.
" I dreamed about this incident for three days, because I had never seen something like that, something so violent, in my 11-year career ", says a prison agent, according to judicial documents.
Langlois has blood flowing from the mouth. He's convulsing. Taken immediately to the hospital, he falls into a deep coma. Double fractured skull. Hospitalized ten days, he survived.
Adonis claims he has been attacked by about ten guys, some of whom were armed with homemade knives. He had no choice but to knock out 5 or 6 of them before the guards came.
" They knew I was a boxer. They wanted to test me. That's the way it is in prison ", says the boxer."Comment
