What did Bradley do to get the Pacquiao showdown ?

At 140lbs he shamelessly ducked Amir Khan. Then the fact he had a previous win at WW over Carlos Abregu apparently warranted a Pacquiao showdown. Khan just beat Luis Collazo who even at this stage is a better win than a no name contender in Abregu.

    Collazo > Abregu.....even today.

Don't bring up "oh he went 24 rounds doe, he schooled Marquez doe". That was after getting the 1st fight. Im specifically asking what did he do the 1st time to get Pacquiao?

    So?

This is just silly, come on dude.. Bradley fought a more dangerous opponent in pacquiao, yeah he didnt fight khan. so you expect him to take a risky fight against khan when he already can get a fight with #2 p4p fighter in the world and a chance at greatness? unbelievable

Tim Bradley is a top contender whatever way you want to look at it, undefeated unified multi time 140lb'er, went 24 rounds with Pacquiao without coming close to touching the canvas and schooled Marquez pretty convincingly after he beat Pacquiao.

P.S - What about Amir Khan who avoided Devon Alexander like the plauge in 2013 because he thought he had the May 2014 Floyd Mayweather fight in the bag when at last minute Floyd picked Maidana.

Okay then answer this: Abregu gets you Pacquiao so why can't Collazo?

Point being people saying "oh khan doesn't deserve it" etc.

That was after the Pacquiao fight. Read the thread man. I'm saying what did he do to get it the first time?

It's not just Bradley, though. There's so many more that you could pose the question of whether they 'deserve' it or not. However, I commend Bradley for making a move that Khan should have done. Khan's a ******, he's been so fixated about beating Floyd, that he had officially lost the plot. Hopefully, now that Arum has dangled a carrot he can somehow force Al Haymon's hand and get over on HBO. Khan vs Pacquaio has always been the biggest fight for him.

He was undefeated and beat alot of top fighters, ie devon, vasquez, abregu, holt, peterson. witter overseas..

Bradley earned his shot.... Its pretty clear to see, unless you just started watching boxing

It just wasnt the abregu fight, bradley had a long track record of impressive wins at 140, and earned his shot at a big fight...
