Floyd Mayweather sees a golden future after his April 8 IBF title challenge against Zab Judah at the Thomas & Mack Center in Las Vegas.
When asked about Bob Arum's comment on saving the July 29th PPV date for Antonio Margarito versus the winner of Mayweather-Judah, Floyd stated, "Everybody knows we got the biggest fight in the world after this fight. It's the Golden Boy versus the Pretty Boy."
Mayweather revealed that he and Judah have already met in the ring, during a short four round sparring session that according to Mayweather was stopped by Judah's father. "We sparred two weeks after the Cory Spinks fight. I spanked him," said Mayweather who turns 29 years old today. "After the last round his dad said that's enough now. That kid's got you beat basically."
When asked about the value of Judah's IBF title after he lost his last fight, Mayweather commented, "I'm not the sanctioning body. I'm not the WBC, I'm not the WBA or the IBF, but I am the pound-for-pound best fighter in the world."
"I've proven myself in the past by beating the best guys they had out there. By fighting the best guys like Jose Luis Castillo, Diego Corrales, Jesus Chavez and Genaro Hernandez and all the guys who where at the top of their game......I'm in this sport to be a legend."
In answer to a question on fan interest in the fight, the Pretty Boy responded, "All you gotta do is go on the web pages. They say that's all the fans want.....he's the beast from the East; I'm the best from the west."
Future opponents?
"Ya'll done heard me go on the air and call Ricky Hatton out. On the regular I've been chasing this guy....The type of champion I am, I'm willing to go over there (England) to fight him.
"Antonio Margarito, his biggest win is against Kermit Cintron, so this guy's not even on my level.
"Baldomir bidded himself out. How can a guy ask for millions when he hasn't even seen a million?
"If it makes dollars it makes sense from Winky Wright, Antonio Margarito, Ricky Hatton and the list goes on and on."

So he says,Im willing to bet that if Oscar wins in impressive fashion Floyd will pick someone else as an opponent.
I guess Margarito just missed his chance again cause Floyd said he wasnt on his level.I assum most of you think he is right but if someone tells you how much of a ***** your looking like and you dont take the fight then its just out of fear.I know Mayweather knows that Margarito is out to hurt him and Floyd is just plain scared. Just my opinion based on comments and **** said between these two.
