According to Dan Rafael, this fight ain't happening...Khan with SHO, Manny with HBO (believes HBO put some money in the new Top Rank contract).:

Not happening. Khan is under contract to Showtime, Manny is tied to HBO and although he had not previously been contractually tied to HBO my understanding is that the new TR deal ties him to HBO as HBO put up some of the money Arum used to re-sign him.
