I think if Floyd cries for pillow gloves people will be turned off if Madaina gets to wear his gloves than people will buy the fight to see Floyd get knock out but if he's fighting with pillow gloves the public will know Floyd is not getting knock out and Madaina has no chance with Floyd having the judges in his hip pocket. So for Showtime to make a profit it will have to let Madaina use his puncher gloves

You say guys get the lottery ticket when they fight pay but pav don't even get the lottery ticket when he fights. Pacific makes no where the money Floyd makes so if showtime is losing money well damn Floyd still gets paid while pav still doesn't. I like the way you guys talk like u know what the break even point is.

All joking aside..Maidana did show up,he did bring the fight..He also loss tho..I'm not saying I don't wanna see this rematch as a knock on Maidana..I just don't wanna see it cause there are better fights to be made,and May does not have much time left..

BTW,I'm looking forward to a third fight between Manny and Bradley..Two of my fav fighters,and I like their style match ups..

Floyd only has a couple fights left in him and to waste a slot on a maidana rematch would be a waste. Maidana can't and wont beat Floyd, ever. I don't want to see maidana putting Floyd on the ropes again and throwing 30 punches only to land 2 of them and having people think maidana was actually winning the fight because of it.

Why does it matter who he was wins over? Maidana's resume is way deeper and nobody is gonna buy a Porter PPV. But its no surprise youre supporting the black fighters over the white fighter. I mean, you wanna see Pacquiao-Bradley 3 but not Mayweather-Maidana 2? Heres a clue, Pacquiao beat Bradley BOTH TIMES easier than Floyd beat (officially) Maidana.

showtime will be firing people soon, they are losing millions and millions of dollars over their ******ed deal they made, soon heads will roll

It's mathematically impossible for Showtime to lose anywhere near $20m, or even $10m. Showtime doesn't have anywhere near that much in expenses.

Put it this way: 800-900k buys equals $28-32 million in revenues. In order for Showtime to lose $20-30m, they would have had to spend $50-60m on the fight, which isn't possible.
