At the age of 27-years-old, Guadalajara's Abisai Mares, brother of former three division world champion Abner Mares, will make his pro debut later tonight in Tijuana, where Mexican fan favorites Jackie Nava and David Sánchez take part in a doubleheader on a Zanfer Promotions card. Mares, who debuts as a featherweight, will face Edgardo Daniel Ahumada (1-1).
