The guy he hits with the body shot is called Steve Sinclair. He now works as a head bouncer in Blackpool in the UK.

The story behind that clip is that Leonard was on a cruise ship and Steve was working on the ship in the catering department but he was also an amateur boxer so they ended up having a little exhibition bout on the ship. It all started as a joke and barely hitting each other but Leonard had just had eye surgery and Steve hit him in the eye even though he was told about the surgery. Leonard got angry about this so he did this to him.
