What is Al Haymon's Future in Boxing???

Will he take over it at some point like a lot of people claim saying he's secretly the most powerful man in the game or will the other promoters feeling threatened by his rise work together to stop him?

He's already getting sued by main events where they are claiming he has violated the Ali Act:

Attorney Patrick English of Main Events wrote in the complaint, "Defendant Al Haymon holds himself out to be a manager or advisor to professional boxers. In point of fact, as we will explain later in this complaint, he actually operates in the role of promoter."

The complaint alleges that Haymon and Golden Boy CEO Richard Schaefer have "entered into an alliance," the purpose of which "is to wrest control of Golden Boy from Oscar De La Hoya for their own financial gain."

In a move that could have a heavy impact on the boxing world, Main Events has filed a lawsuit alleging that Al Haymon is actually a promoter, not just a manager.

What are the chances that he actually takes over boxing or is his power and influence overstated?

According to the transgender it's true. Nobody has said it wasn't true except golden boy nut huggers on this site. And of course haymon hasn't, and won't, say anything regarding the matter because it will draw attention to him and his odd tastes. Wouldn't be conducive to managing a promotional banner.
