    Why Vargas will win

The questions that are being debated here and on many other forums are these Mosley's speed vs. Vargas Power. Whose losses hurt them more?

Who can "regain" there former physical form? The last question is the only one that really matters. The truth that has not been addressed by anyone is that neither fighter can. Both used steroids to augment their preformance.

Assuming that neither fighter figures out a way to take steroids again, (which is a big assumption). Look at it like this. Who can most closely recapture their steroid form with natural methods.

Steroids took Mosely to a place wear as a 154 pound fighter he could bench press 300. There is no way he can replicate that.

As evidenced by Vargas recent fights he still has the power, his steroid use was for a different use. Endurance, it has been a big problem for him, his new style is not so much a defense style but an energy conserving style.

I think that proper nutrition and training, especially for the big fights will get Vargas closer to going a soliid 12 than it will get Mosley to the almost unhuman speed and strengh that he has displayed in the past.

My pick is a UD for Vargas, in a fight that probably should be stopped by the ref, but it won't be. Mosley won't quit because he is a tough son of a *****.

But in the end Vargas will not have the stamina to finish Mosley and I could even see "the old brain damaged wonder" sweeping his last three rounds at 154.

Makes sense to me but I think if Vargas comes out agressive he can tko Mosely with in 6,(power and size factor) which I doubt because of his new energy saving boxing style. If Vargas does not stop Shane early Shane will out point Vargas IF he is smart.(in and out, combos)If Shane can stand in and be affective(to the body) in the early rounds he might even tko Vargas late.

I don't think anyone questions that.

The thing he is referring to is that no matter what hits Mosley, or how many times he won't go down.

He just stands there and takes his brain damage like a man.

yep i didnt mean forrest hits that hard i just mean that headbutt was monsterous and bothered shane the rest of the fight and suga shane just kept fighting through it so first i dont know if vargas can even land a clean shot like that on mosley then if he does hes got to land a lot of them and i just dont see mosley getting stopped by anybody in 6 rounds. well i mean within reason cause like ok prime tyson would rip his head off but you get what i mean.

But, is Vargas' technique and delivery method better than Forrest's? No. What good is a catapult if it can't be rolled out to where it can hit the target from. That's the question Vargas will be stuck with tommarrow night. Mosley has been up against the rougher competition lately as well, Estrada was a solid contender.

I think if Vargas can land a flush power shot it would stun Mosley just enough to land a couple more power shots.Im not saying thats going to happen Im saying he has enough power on his punches to hurt Mosely enough to tko him.I never said KO.

Look at Mosley's last 2 fights. Look at Vargas last 4.

Mosley is the one fighting at a lower level no question.

I think Vragass win an UD , i dont think he will KO or TKO Mosley just because he has a great chin. I think the power and size or Vargas will make the diference.
