I get that but who can they get that will compete with Floyd card. TR cards are trash and GGG, though a great fight for hardcore, wont appeal to casuals at the moment. It will dent the PPV and will suck cause i will have to buy both but makes no sense. But oh well thats on them to make it and compete

Al Haymon is a lot more than just an advisor/manager. in reality he is a promoter/advisor/manager which is in violation of the Ali Act, which by the way Haymon is in court for possibly being in violation of it.
you got Duva's lawsuit against him
In a move that could have a heavy impact on the boxing world, Main Events has filed a lawsuit alleging that Al Haymon is actually a promoter, not just a manager.
A federal suit alleges a powerful advisor is actually a promoter and could expose the seamy side of boxing.
here is another article about Haymon violating the Ali Act

This would be an interesting move. Floyd has made a career from the Mexicans fight dates and the Mexican fans, but I think most would favor watching the Chavez fight on that day, myself included. Especially since there is no Mexican opponent for FloydComment

Who knows, maybe. If GGG gets through Geale no problem, it might happen.
Arum said he'd bring Chavez's dad into the fold and daddy seems confident it happens. Also September 13 was the target.
Helluva ballsy move if they do itComment

If Chavez Jr wants to fight on that day I hope its against GGG or the winner of Groves/ Froch2. If Mayweather fights Maidana again I will pass on that fight. I didn't buy the first fight don't plan on buying the second fight either. If Lara beats Canelo and fights Mayweather in September then most likely I'll order both PPV's that night.Comment

I have admit I am a little confused. Junior would not fight for Arum against GGG in July because of of a contract beef that he has with Arum himself. But now that GGG possibly may be out of the picture Junior is now willing to fight for Arum in September, what? So, was Arum really the problem or was it actually GGG?Comment
