        alvarado needs to take any easy tune up. i agree with everyone else that he has been through too many hard beatings and needs to take it easy for a bit.

        i admire his heart and courage though. may god bless him and his family.

          Alvarado ought to take a few quick fights inbetween then not hard ones with Rios and look at a big fight against Rios September - November to get himself back up to speed and have that winning form coming into a fight i.e. confidence in himself

                    Mike needs to take a long rest and vacation. Hes got to have one of the toughest stretches of fights in boxing right now, even his fight with breidis prescott was a bloody war. Someone on mikes team needs to advise him to chill out for a bit.
