Porter vs Brook better happen. Brook has been a mandatory for 2 years and backed out twice. If he backs out of this one the IBF needs to relinquish his spot and make him earn it again. There are too many big fights too be made at 147 for everybody to have to wait on Kell Brook to decide when he feels like stepping up.
