He talked a boat load of **** about the brothers for years and when he finally fought Wlad his performance was a disgrace. After years of saying he was going to tear after Wlad and knock his head off he fought like a scarred rabbit. Haye has been very impressive in other fights and he was the best heavyweight in the world not named Klitschko. I loved what he did to Chisora and I think he would have knocked out Fury the same way. He is an exciting heavyweight and a great cruiserweight. But when you try to say he fought a good fight against Wlad I disagree. I saw him fight scare and hardly throw any punches. He fell down on purpose about 30 times. Haye is a very strong man and Wlad leaning on him would not cause him to collapse like a weakling. He didn't come to win that day. He just came to finish the fight on his feet and collect his pay in my opinion.
I respect your opinion, but it's clear that the broken toe affected Haye's performance against Wlad. A couple of times he came within inches of crushing Wlad's chin but he fell short because he couldn't push off the backfoot.
As for him fighting scared, you have to remember Wlad is also a huge puncher, so Haye being the much smaller man had to be careful not to get knocked out himself. Wlad fought alot more scared than Haye was, holding on to Haye like a lover every time Haye grazed his face. Just because Haye fought cautiously doesn't mean Haye didn't want to win. I think he wanted to win but it just wasn't his night since he couldn't explode with a broken toe.
As for Haye falling to the canvas, he didn't fall 30 times lol he fell maybe 5-6 times, at least 3 of those 6 times he was pushed and dragged to the canvas. When a man as big as Wladimir is leaning on your back pushing you and dragging you it can be very taxing to your body, just look at what happened to Povetkin. Haye's broken toe also definitely had something to do with his lack of balance since he didn't want to injure it further.
My point is I don't think it's fair to call a fighter like Haye who always goes for the knock out a coward based on one off-night.

He talked a lot of **** before the fight with Wladimir and then he didn't deliver the goods, that's the main reason why people dislike David Haye.

He wasn't a bad boxer, but he wasn't the best either. His defeat against Wladimir wasn't because of holding, his freaking toe or some other ****** stuff, he lost because Wladimir was a better boxer than him.

How could he not be a hall of famer with this impressive list of wins

        Enzo Mac
        Monte Barrett
        Valuev
        Ruiz
        Audley
        Chisora

I like him, he's my favorite heavyweight to watch these last few years. Fury is a bum.

Haye is not a Hall of Famer by any stretch.

            Stopped reading after that.

He doesn't want to return the glory days to boxing. All he's interested is extracting the maximum return to his wallet for the minimum risk in the ring. This man isn't a warrior who takes on all-comers so don't fall for his sales spiel because he will let you down.

Haye was a great cruiserweight champion who moved up and gained a portion of the heavyweight belt. He has something like over a 90% KO ratio. He's not the greatest of all time but he has done enough to be in the hall of fame.

Yet another man who disrespects Haye because he thinks everyone else is doing it.

I have no problem with that. However, Wladimir is the most dominant heavyweight champion of this era and hasn't lost in decades. Haye gave him a competitive fight, and losing to him doesn't make Haye a coward or a bad fighter like some idiots claim he is. That's my whole point. I never said he's better than Wladimir, I'm just saying give credit where credit is due, and respect the man for what he has accomplished as a cruiserweight fighting in the heavyweight division.

Love him or hate him, David Haye is without a doubt a hall-of-famer and one of the most exciting fighters of all time. Haye is easily one of the greatest cruiserweights of all time behind Evander Holyfield, he's the most explosive heavyweight of the past 10 years, has one of the highest knockout ratios in boxing history, and has given us fans some incredible and memorable fights. Unfortunately a lot of ******s here seem to enjoy hating the Hayemaker just for the sake of hating him.

Haye has one of the highest KO ratios ever, 24 of his 26 victories were devastating knockouts, most of them in 4 rounds or less. What makes this even more amazing is the fact that Haye is actually a cruiserweight moving up to heavyweight. Most cruiserweights get crushed at heavyweight, look at what happened to Tomasz Adamek and Steve Cunningham. Yet, Haye is able to not only move up to heavyweight and not be knocked out, but he's also knocking natural, tough heavyweights the fk out in spectacular fashion. That alone should tell you how hard the man has worked to attain the level of power and skill he has.

Haye knocked Chisora into oblivion, the same Chisora who easily went the distance with Vitali and has NEVER been stopped or knocked down, and Haye also stopped John Ruiz who hasn't been stopped since something like 1995. He beat Valuev, the same Valuev who beat Evander Holyfield, and his only loss in the past 10 years was to Wladimir Klitschko. Haye is without a doubt one of the most explosive punchers in history, hate him all you want but any objective analyst knows that his power up there with the likes of Tyson, Foreman, Tua, and Shavers. Don't believe me? Name one guy in boxing today who hits harder than Haye. That's right, you can't. (Wilder hasn't proven his power at the elite level as of yet.)

As for the Wladimir fight, the hate that David Haye gets for that fight is ridiculous. First of all, Wlad did so much holding and pushing in that fight, you all criticize Wlad for holding and pushing Povetkin, but he was trying to do the same thing with Haye and you guys don't say sh!et, Haye was just alot faster than Povetkin. Haye actually landed some very good shots in the fight, but problem is Wlad would hold on to Haye like Haye was his woman every time Haye even grazed his chin. The right hand that Haye landed in the 12th had Wlad literally holding on for dear life for the entire round and if Haye wasn't injured, who knows what would have happened. This is pretty much what happened the entire fight, Wlad would jab, jab, and jab, Haye would throw some big punches trying to make the fight exciting, and Wlad would hold. Rince and repeat. To people who criticize Haye's low volume, it's called AMBUSH FIGHTING, Haye isn't trying to overwhelm Wlad with volume, he's trying to knock Wlad unconscious with a big punch. Problem is Haye just couldn't push off his back foot that night. And to people who say Haye "flopped" the ring, I guess that makes you as dumb as Larry Merchant, Haye didn't flop the ring he fell because Wladimir kept pushing his entire 250 pound frame onto Haye's back when Haye had an injured foot.

Now as for the toe, Haye could have pulled out of the fight, but he choose to go in there with a broken toe to not disappoint the fans, and he gave it his all for 12 rounds. Why is that not good enough for your dumba$$es who hate him? Do you guys realize how hard it is to survive for 12 rounds against Wladimir? Most heavyweights say it's difficult to even survive for 4-5 rounds against a Klitschko. Well, Haye who used to be a cruiserweight did it and managed to bruise Wlad's face more than anyone else has done in the last decade, while being UNABLE to push off his back foot to throw his best hayemaker punch. Mike Tyson who hated David Haye before the Klitschko fight and predicted Klitschko to KO Haye in 2 rounds, said after the fight that he was very impressed with Haye's performance, and that Haye was much better than he thought. Wlad won most of the rounds, but alot of the rounds were very close and wlad barely edged alot of them out. Haye on the worst night of his career gave Wlad a very competitive fight.

Now let me address all the people who criticize Haye for his injuries. Listen, INJURIES HAPPEN IN BOXING. Every great boxer past or present has pulled out of or delayed a fight or two because of injuries sustained in training or sparring. Tyson did it, Ali did it, Louis did it, the Klitschkos did it, Mayweather did it, Ward did it, Pacquiao did it, the list goes on and on. So explain to me why Haye gets all the hate? It boggles my mind how you guys can CONTINUE to claim that Haye is a liar who "faked" his injuries when Haye has showed you pictures of his cut pictures of his surgery as well his doctor and hospital documents and records. You idiots who call Haye a liar and a coward need to SHUT THE FK UP because Haye has more courage than you will ever have in your pathetic miserable lives. The guy has put his LIFE on the line for you for the past 10 years fighting men much bigger than him, and this is what you do? call him a coward? really? you literally would not last 10 seconds in the ring with him.

As for Tyson Fury, he needs to stfu an go to bed because he's lucky that the fight with Haye didn't happen. If that fight went through I would bet the house that Fury would have been knocked the hell out in less than 6 rounds. Are you guys really ****** enough to believe that Haye would give up an easy 20 mil to duck Tyson Fury of all people? Fury was nearly KTFO by a guy named Steve Cunningham who has average power at best, so what do you think will happen once David Haye touches his chin with a hayemaker? Use your fking brains guys, Fury fights like a dumb oaf, has no chin average defense and no coordination, he would get PUT TO SLEEP if he fought Haye and his career would likely never be the same again.

Now as for the people who criticize Haye for his "trash-talking", it's called HYPING UP A FIGHT, you dumba$$es. Maybe it's the reason why Haye is a multi-millionaire and you guys are not. And unlike Floyd Mayweather, David Haye is actually a very nice guy outside of the ring. My friend met him in London at a club once and he always has time for you and is willing to help you out, and will chat with you forever if you know boxing. Unlike a lot of other rich boxers such as Floyd, David Haye has always remained loyal to his wife and kids and never cheated on them. I know that alot of you hate David Haye because you guys are jealous of the amount of attention that he gets from women, but you need to understand that Haye in real life is a very loyal and nice guy. All that should matter to us boxing fans is that Haye is a great boxer and has given us great fights.

I could go on and on but I think this is enough for now. Bottom line is Haye is a great fighter and is unfortunately injured for now. But don't lie to yourselves guys, if he does come back, chances are you WILL watch him whether you love him or hate him. Watch this video and tell me the guy isn't the most exciting heavyweight today.

I'd take David to brutally knock out any heavyweight today not named Wlad. Let's not kid ourselves guys, Stiverne/Fury/Pulev/Povetkin/Wilder would all get knocked out cold by Haye. Vitali wanted no part of him, and personally I would like to see a healthy Haye vs Wlad again. Haye's the only one who has a chance against Wlad.

Well I guess that's it for now, read share and discuss.
you must be posting for pure shock value, no way in hell you (or anyone else) truly believes this garbage.

I'm laughing so hard my big toe hurts!
