Floyd keeps asking Pac to leave Arum so as to destabalise Top Rank

Seeing as no-one ever provided a legitimate why one fighter demanded another fighter leave his promoter if he wanted to make a fight (an unprecedented demand in boxing history), it dawned on me that the only reason this thing about leaving Arum was brought up was basically to continue the GBP/Haymon strategy - of (trying to) kill Top Rank, and establishing their own monopoly. That is their end goal.

I mean, for God's sake - it doesn't matter how acrimonious Floyd's split with Top Rank was, trying to get Pac to ditch the guy who made him a superstar made no ****ing sense on a logical level.

All this crying cos Pac signed with Arum......please. Spare me.

Floyd goading Pac into leaving Arum was a political manoeuvre, and quite frankly, Pac would have been weak getting ****** into that ****, all so he could get ****d by Haymon/Mayweather at the negotiation table without Arum being there.

There is no other logical reason Floyd would ask Pac to leave Arum.

only floyd fans believe floyd will fight manny if he leaves top rank..

floyd has no problem offering $40 million before.. why raise top rank/arum issue now..

the truth is nobody really knows why floyd does not want to fight manny.. and it's absolutely not because of arum..

      of course not.

why leave a guaranteed 20 million plus per fight promotional team?

manny has leverage with arum considering he's their only ppv star. he has zero leverage if he went with haymon/floyd who arent even promoters hence why they still use golden boy.

al haymon is nothing more than a glorified manager. he has been made into this all powerful master of the universe by the fl 0m0s.

      BOXING PROMOTERS >>>>>> BOXING MANAGERS.

Eventually all those fighters haymon '"MANAGES" will want a pacquiao fight. those guys can easily fire haymon and go back to oscar or even go to top rank.

if marquez left GBP to get pacquiao fights, what do you think lesser successful fighters than marquez will do?

        interesting.

floyd also has been talking to mikey garcia and chavez jr to leave arum.

so it does make sense since pacquiao is top rank's only cash cow. so taking away manny means top rank won't have a big fighter to promote anymore.

no mikey garcia, no chavez jr and no manny pacquiao = a huge hit to top rank

the only stars they will have left will be nonito donaire and zou shiming (bradley doesn't really sell big).

Mayweather doesn't like Arum and vowed to/hasn't worked with him since he left Top Rank. It certainly adds another barrier to the situation even if it's not the only one.

If pacqauio left top rank, floyd would demand that manny sign with TMT, wear 16oz gloves, 75/25 split, not wear Nike merchandise, not have his manny's mother in the crowd to avoid voodoo spells and only have buboy as the corner man. maybe , just maybe then, the fight would happen.

The last time they did that Pacquiao signed for both promoters.
