that's not true. some of them are fully clothed and shodden, others take their shoes off and aren't wearing a ton of clothing. that's one of the reasons to take fight night weights with a grain of salt.

i think the SHO crew should have clarified it. it's disingenuous to keep harping on about a fighter's weight advantage when fight night weights aren't even regulated.

No it's not. It would be different if the weight was very close to the actual Welterweight limit. But the weight BLOWS past the limit by miles!
