Who is the best fighter at 29 years old and younger?

Seemingly the top guys in the sport are guys that have hit 30 years old and more. Hopkins, Floyd, Pacquiao, Ward(hit 30 this year), Rigondeaux, Klitschko..

but as of now who is the top guy under 30 years of age?

    I'll name the popular ones:
Canelo, Mikey Garcia, Danny Garcia, Shawn Porter, Terence Crawford..

Man I really should start following the low weight class guys. Its just I don't really know how to follow them aside from the video trading block. Every time I look up on them all their records start with them fighting tough opposition, their debut fights are against guys with like 25-30 fights already

I want them to make Garcia-Khan 2 at Welterweight. Let Khan forget all about Pretty Boy Floyd. I think Khan does much better second time around, but would still pull for Danny.

There are certainly more proven guys that have been listed but I think Demetrius Andrade is a very good young titlist with solid long term potential.
