Depends on which Commission testing you are talking about. If it's the regular one, then the answer is yes. But if you are comparing it with NSAC's new random drug testing program, then it is the same as VADA and USADA, and the answer is NO.

also consider that he used to help olympic athletes cheat. so as long as his fighters aren't doing stringent testing he's pretty much safe.

so not a lot of risk involved.
