How do you incentivize Mayweather to fight Pacquaio?

Well that's part of the problem. People expect Pacquiao to get like triple what he normally makes, but Floyd is only supposed to get like 25% more than normal? What reason would Floyd have to do something like that?

If the Floyd fights are not turning the profits that they expected or are flat out losing money he might be pressured to take on Manny. There are no real PPV stars out there that will give him the payday that they seek.

Khan failed to impress with his 1-2 hold and the Cotto/Martinez fight has to produce fireworks so the winner can be lined up in a big money fight with Floyd.

Have you been paying attention at all over the last 2 years? HBO isn't letting Pac fight on Showtime, not since Showtime took Floyd from them.

Different networks, even if Manny and Floyd agreed on every detail, it would be nearly impossible for this to happen, unless Pac has no contract with HBO and they can fight again on showtime.
Pac should have said yes to the 2 times this fight was offered to him. Pac signing an extension is not only a way to avoid Mayweather, but a way to fight rehashed opposition. The WW division in TR is shallow with only a few good fighters to make for great fights-Pac has already fought these guys-how the hell can they sell these fights.....smh.

Honestly-we are not given the fights we want to see as fans, it is best to not support boxing until they get the message. I'm not saying to exclusively boycott Manny or Floyd, but ALL of them-until they give the fans what they want....Pac hasn't given the fans the fight they want, and Floyd has been fighting so-so competition with Guerrero and Maidana (though Marcos turned out to be better than so-so, he was percieved to be just an ordinary fighter before the fight, but now he has given a good account of himself). To Mayweather's credit, he fought Canelo when everyone said he was gonna duck him-hell, everyone said he would duck Mosely when Shane entered the ring after the Floyd/ Marquez fight and he still took that.

At least with GBP there are interesting fights that can be made-with TR we get to see Rios, Marquez, Pac, Bradley and Provodnikov....how many combinations can they recycle these fights? TR doesn't have any exciting up and comers in the division-yet Manny signed to them...for what? I thought he was fighting for the fans...hmmmm.
