Marquez weighed 142 the day b4 the fight, correct?

Yes, but Mayweather weighed in at 146. That makes it a fight at 146 not 142.

What do you mean cherry pick? According to every Pac fan on earth right now, Marquez has new found speed, power, skills, and is more beastly than he's ever been! Surely, now that Marquez is better, stronger, faster, more skilled than ever, he would do significantly better than in the first fight.....right?

Marquez is dominating bigger guys, knocking guys the **** out left, right and center and would surely be a legit opponent for Floyd, especially if he's being considered as a serious and legit opponent next for Pac, who is coming off a great win over an 'undefeated' champion....right?

With Marquez' new found power and speed, and all the guys he's knocking out at 147, looking better than ever, back in his prime.....wait.....what? He's only knocked out one fighter in the last three years, and only knocked out one fighter from six fights at 147? Noooooooo, no, no, no...that can't be right. All I'm hearing is that this guy is better than ever, faster than ever, stronger than ever, and is in his prime again. How can that be if he has lost two of his last five, and only stopped one fighter in six fights at 147? That doesn't add up. That sounds more like a 40 year old future HOF fighter that's getting slower, older, less powerful and just isn't as good anymore.

Huh....I guess when he's fighting someone other than Floyd and still in line for another Pac fight, he's a beast back in his prime, better than ever, faster, stronger, more powerful, but he's an old, shot cherry pick for Floyd.

I doubt it happens. It has to be Manny or a Maidana rematch as anything else short of going for a 160 title isnt going to sell.

IMHO this is the best time to make the PAC-PBF fight as I read somewhere Team Mayweather will be choosing his september opponent and Manny is free....
Why is up to Floyd and his team? I swear i just heard Arum say Manny will fight the winner of Marquez/Alvarado or Ruslan.

Because Floyd is the one thats been running away from it and its probably the only way he is going to be able to arrest the slide in his sales.

But didn't Marquez beat manny all 4 times? So how is PAC cherry picking on Marquez if u guys said Marquez beats manny in all 4 matches? And didn't u said Floyd schooled Marquez so why should there be a rematch?

So Arum just said Manny will fight the winner of Marquez/Alvarado or Ruslan as a back up plan, yet you put it all on Floyd. How can one run when he makes the fight offers only to get rejected? Go ahead, start your name calling.............
