    According to Top Rank's CEO Bob Arum, former champion Brandon Rios (31-2, 23KOs) is likely going to return to action on August 2nd. Rios will be fighting for the first time since he moved up to the welterweight division and lost a twelve round unanimous decision to Manny Pacquiao last November in Macau, China. The venue and location is unknown, but the Cosmopolitan in Las Vegas has been mentioned as a possibility.
