So what we know now is that you can't sign a deal 7 years or more because that's a violation of it and that's how DLH used it to get out with Arum.
Ward trying to use the same argument, but he's remained mostly because of extensions that him and his teams signed with their own knowledge of what an extension meant.
Is Ward trying to argue that you can't do it 7 years total, consecutive or non-consecutive?
Wouldn't that mean guys on other sports teams in Cali can't stay with their team more than 7 years and would have to leave?
I'm sure we'll get a more in depth look at this after Ward and his manager sue Goosen again....like he said he would.
